- Unscale Win32 themed font sizes by the screen DPI: This fixes some issues with native theming on Windows 10.
- Fix some theming issues for tab panels: OSX tab panels now more accurately emulate the native controls.
- Build user guide PDF and include in IDE: Assembles the user guides into a searchable PDF.
